Details
As part of a project-related service agreement, we offer you fast and targeted support from our service team via remote diagnostics for troubleshooting, process optimization and operator guidance:
- Hotline Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (except public holidays)
- Response time within 24 hours during our service hours
- Fixed agreed-upon number of hours: max. 8 hours
- Billing is per commenced half hour.
- 3% discount for maintenance or training at the customer's plant if ordered within 6 months.

Unused hours will be devalued after 2 months.
